Burger recipe......

Labor Day is a great time to grill out!!! Here is a delicious burger recipe that is made with ground turkey. Please read labels when you buy ground turkey, some has just as much fat as ground beef, so look for lean white ground turkey.

Mix the following ingredients:
1 lb white ground turkey meat
4 oz feta cheese - crumbled
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
dash salt
1/4+ tsp. ground pepper
10 of of frozen spinach thawed and drained
4 cloves of fresh garlic minced

Make these patties in advance and chill before grilling so that they are easier to handle on the outdoor grill.  They also work great tossed straight onto the George Foreman grill. Make sure these are cooked all the way through before serving. Suggest on whole grain bun with spicy mustard and fresh tomato slices.

Enjoy!!
