- Get outside for a little while - swim, walk, jog or hike.
- Check out a new park that you have wanted to visit.
- Try a new recipe.....maybe some kale chips to go with your burgers.
- Call a friend you haven't talked to in a while.
Most of all do something you want to do. I am keeping it short today figuring most people are busy with activities for the long weekend. There will be a lot more to follow this week, I promise!
