Favorite Fall Salad.....

I love pears....here is my favorite fall salad with pears. If you have never tried fruit on greens, this a great time to try something new!

Approx. 4 cups of fresh spinach leaves
1 pomegranate - washed and seeds pulled out ready to eat, use about 1/2 of the seeds for the salad
1-2 handfulls fresh grapes, washed and pulled from the stems
1-2 pears, washed and cut into bit sized pieces
Your favorite balasmic vinegrette dressing. - you can make one w/ balsamic vinegar, olive oil and dry mustard.
Blue cheese (feta works well too) - couple of tablespoons

All of these are quantities are estimates since it is salad, so you can put as much as you want of any of these items, just go easy on the cheese and dressing. This should make about 4 servings. Delicious!!
