I don't love most exercise but I do it because it makes me feel good and helps me maintain my weight. I also want to stay strong as I get older. I fit in exercise where I can by doing a variety of things including walking, running, lifting weights, cardio equipment at the gym, etc. However, one thing I truly love doing is Zumba. If you like to dance, you should really try it. You can visit http://www.zumba.com/ to find a class near you. You can also try it out on the Wii and XBox 360. Exercise is definitely more fun if you find something you like doing. If Zumba doesn't appeal to you, try new things until you find something that you look forward to doing.
