Sensa- it doesn't make sense!!!

Sensa is a product that you use to sprinkle on your food which is supposed to help you eat less by making you feel full.....let's look at the ingredients in Sensa:

Maltrodextrin: Food additive made from starch such as the starch in potatoes and rice. It is a common filler in foods.

Tricalcium phosphate: Salt made from calcium, used an an anti-caking agent.

Silica: basically just sand which is used as an anti-caking agent in foods.

Natural & Artificial flavors: this could be any flavoring allowed in food.

This are really cheap ingredients which are commonly added to processed food and there is nothing to actually promote weight loss. Any weight loss associated with the product is likely due to the placebo affect or other changes you have made in your daily habits at the same time. At about $60-80 per month... or $280 for 6 months, this is a complete rip off!! You are much better off eating less calories by increasing the amount of non-starchy vegetables you eat at each meal. You can buy a lot of bags of apples, oranges & frozen veggies for $60/month. Eating a lot of fruits and veggies at each meal helps you get full with foods that are low in calories but packed full of vitamins, minerals, fiber and beneficial phytochemicals. This would be much better for your overall health than sprinkling Sensa on your meals which is basically salt, starch and sand.

Don't waste your $$ on Sensa!!
