The Best Cauliflower!!

Always trying to find new and easy ways to make veggies. Here is a great recipe for Cauliflower that is crazy good!!

1 head of cauliflower- cleaned and cut into florets
3 cloves of garlic - pressed or minced fine
3 tbsp of grapeseed oil
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 425 F. Mix cauliflower, garlic and oil in a pan and cover with foil. Bake covered for 25 to 35 minutes or until cauliflower reaches desired tenderness. Uncover and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top, bake under broiler for 3 to 5 minutes (make sure your pan can withstand the heat of the broiler). Absolutely delicious!!
