Note from Maria: I am a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Public Health Degree in Nutrition from UNC at Chapel Hill. I have a passion for helping people with nutrition & wellness, especially moms. Women & moms provide care for everyone else often at the expense of considering their own needs. Move a little each day....

Exercise should be a part of each day. If you don't have hours to exercise, and most people don't, fit in what you can. Take a 10 minute walk a few times a day if that is how you have to fit it in. Do more on the weekends when you have more time. A little bit of exercise is better than none!

Keep moving & stay well.
