A very dear friend of mine has been running to reach a specific goal. She hates to run...running more is not helping her like it any more than she did before. It will be much easier to fit exercise in your routine if you pick activities that you like doing. I do like to run about 3 miles, especially with someone else. I also like to lift weights and I sincerely LOVE zumba or dance type exercising. Try different things until you find something you like to do....walking, jogging, hiking, biking, rowing, swimming, jumping rope, boxing, etc. If you are bored or need something new and exciting to try.... check out this webmd slide show about the latest fitness crazes.
